SDUK's brands include the Nation's favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly) functional ingredients and dairy free products.

As project manager you will be managing individual retreati projects within our Cheese, Butters, Spread and Oils (BSO) and Plant Based categories to support strategic innovation line extension renovation and value engineering projects to underpin the Saputo 3‑year strategic plan. Projects will include a mix of retailer own brand (ROB) and SDUK branded across the 3 categories depending on business need.

This role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.

Work pattern: Monday‑Friday 37 hours per week.

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

  • Managing projects post Gate 0 (strategic sign off) through the stage gate process to Gate 3 (approval to launch) and launching to the market. This would include running project meetings owning the critical path leading risk assessments and reporting on progress.
  • Leading cross‑functional project teams developing strong working practicesautés relationships between all functions to deliver the projects on time and in full.
  • Being responsible for providing timely project updates into monthly innovation meetings.
  • Influencing all project and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones are approved on time.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in prioritising the project pipeline to deliver the project portfolio.

YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU

  • Have significant experience of full lifecycle project management (preferably innovation processes) in an FMCG environment.
  • Possess strong project management skills with an ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Are organised with a methodical approach and have the ability to quickly and appropriately prioritise project tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Have a good understanding of the commercial and operational realities of FMCG businesses.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully lead and manage cross‑functional project teams.
  • Demonstrate collaboration skills across all demand and supply functions unlocking opportunities in difficult circumstances and ensuring teams pull together to deliver project milestones.
  • Hold a full driving licence – this is essential as some travel between قناة manufacturing sites will be required.
