Qualifications

  • Clear understanding of Local Authorities’ governance processes.
  • Experience with contract administration.

Job description

  • Ability to lead schemes for Local Authorities, from Outline and Full Business Case stage to delivery and handover.
  • Clear understanding of Local Authorities’ governance processes.
  • Background in either local highways and public realm, drainage and pavement design or structural design.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Experience of public procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements including CDM.
  • Knowledge of DMRB and TSRGD.
  • Knowledge of Traffic Regulation Orders.
