• Experience in direct customer contact within a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.

• Lead and manage projects from sales handover through to completion.

• Maintain accurate project data, including milestones and costings.
• Drive proactive project management and secure drawing approvals.
• Coordinate logistics for UK and overseas shipments.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and subcontractors.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from handover to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding customer experience. You’ll work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Despatch teams, and provide technical support to overseas Technical Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from sales handover through to completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed and addressing inquiries in line with the Customer Communication Plan (CCP).
• Maintain accurate project data, including milestones, costings, and sales values.
• Drive proactive project management, securing drawing approvals, issuing invoices promptly, and managing variations.
• Coordinate logistics, arranging UK and overseas shipments in line with export procedures and budgets.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and subcontractors, ensuring RAMS are in place and equipment is available for tank builds.
