Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Swansea

Salary/Package: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Generous Holiday Allowance

The Project Manager Role

An established developer are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a large-scale apartment scheme based in Swansea. The project is now progressing from the end of Stage 4 into early Stage 5 and the business requires someone with proven experience delivering multi-storey residential or apartment-led developments through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project on site, managing construction delivery, resolving all design and technical queries and ensuring the scheme progresses in line with programme, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, subcontractors and site staff to ensure the efficient delivery of this high-profile development within the city.

Experience delivering apartment or high‑rise residential schemes is essential. Candidates from both developers and main contractors will be considered, provided they have strong project management capability and the ability to lead a scheme through to handover.

To Be Considered for the Project Manager Position

• Experience working as a Project Manager (or equivalent) on multi‑storey residential or apartment schemes
• Proven ability to deliver projects from late design stages through to completion
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, technical design, and programme management
• Good working knowledge of building regulations, compliance standards and CDM
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders
