Overview

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our South West Contracts team, based in the South West.

Location: Wiltshire, South West region.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the PFI Contracts team, delivering project works across the Wiltshire Council contracts and the wider Southwest region. You will manage multiple workstreams covering Fabric, M&E, Fire & Security, Drainage, and other building services, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

  • Leading the planning, management, and delivery of projects across Wiltshire Council contracts and the wider Southwest portfolio.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
  • Acting as the appointed Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, design approvals, and safety standards.
  • Managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Project Manager in FM, construction, or building services, delivering multi-disciplinary building projects.
  • Hold a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification (minimum requirement).
  • Have strong working knowledge of CDM regulations, health & safety legislation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Have excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Can demonstrate financial management and cost-control experience.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and presenting.
