A project management consultancy in Norwich is looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. Candidates should be working towards or accredited with a recognized body and have experience in housing and public sector infrastructure. The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strong understanding of project lifecycle processes. The position offers a flexible working environment with site visits.
Greyfriars Project Management Ltd is a specialist client-side project and cost management consultancy that partners with public sector organisations, private developers, and infrastructure bodies to deliver complex construction and infrastructure schemes. Operating since 2018, we support local government authorities and private developers on transport, housing, and regeneration projects ranging from £20k to £90m+.
Our experienced team come from a diverse range of backgrounds in civil engineering, building surveying, construction management, and masterplanning, and we are now looking for someone withspecific experience in a professional consultancy setting to complement our growing team.
We provide leadership through every stage of project delivery, offering services in project management, risk management, commercial and contract management, and consultancy services for the Built Environment.
We are seeking aProject Manager who is eitherprofessionally qualified or actively working towards accreditationwith a recognised body. A background or experience working in a consultancy is highly advantageous. This full-time role involves leading construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on housing, regeneration, and public sector infrastructure.
You’ll be based at our Head Office in central Norwich, with regular travel to project sites and flexibility for remote working. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
