A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of security installation projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in stakeholder management and a technical background in security systems like CCTV and access control. This is a critical role to liaise with engineers and ensure client expectations are met while managing project scope and changes.
We are looking for a Project Manager with substantial experience in managing the full life cycle of security installation and small works projects.
Able to develop the scope of the project in collaboration with the Project Sponsor; you should have knowledge and understanding of security installation, project scope and change control, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and be able to develop work programmes and schedules. An effective people manager, you will be able to engage and manage stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background in security related to CCTV, access control and intruder alarm installations and will be experienced in both people and client management.
