Job summary

A facilities management company in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects ranging from £35,000 to £1,000,000. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of facilities management project works. You will be responsible for managing projects ranging in value from £35,000 to £1,000,000, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate project opportunities within an existing portfolio of contracts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and feasibility.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including estimating, tendering, subcontractor management, and site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and company health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain full financial control of projects, including P&L accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and supply partners to support business development.
  • Provide regular progress reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within M&E, FM, construction, or a critical environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to travel across the UK as required.
Qualifications
  • Recognised technical qualification in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, or similar.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations.
  • Desirable: NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, or formal project management certification.
