Job description

We are recruiting a person-centred, passionate, and motivated Project Manager to lead our recovery-focused mental health supported accommodation service in Wigan.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading support delivery to adults with mental health needs, supporting their recovery, and enabling greater independence.

You will work closely with other professionals and supervise and mentor staff. Your role will involve delivering consistent, person-centred services tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Requirements include experience and knowledge of working with individuals with mental health needs and substance misuse, assessment and support planning skills, risk management, staff deployment, and excellent communication skills. IT literacy and a hands-on approach are essential, along with the ability to role model and mentor staff.

We value excellent customer care, proactive stakeholder communication regarding risk and welfare, and a strong ethical duty of care. Safeguarding vulnerable individuals is crucial.
