Job description
Overview

An established and ever-growing company is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their thriving business. The Project Manager role involves working across the domestic, residential, and commercial sectors, overseeing and managing various stages of the project including the management of internal/external core teams.

The ideal candidate will need to be a driver with own transport due to required site travel.

Salary
  • Salary: £50k - £60k
Responsibilities
  • Updating and tracking project progress, discussing issues with clients and offering solutions to meet deadlines
  • Meeting set schedules, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget
  • Assisting with budget management, managing aged debt and reviewing invoice discrepancies
  • Managing internal/external teams including mentoring, 1-on-1s and training plans
  • Assisting with fleet management including trackers and relevant kit
  • Ensuring site compliance and health & safety specifications are adhered to at all times
  • Attending site visits as required
  • Monitoring wastage and stock levels
  • Providing weekly update meetings with compliance, operations and training managers
Skills / Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a similar role desirable
  • Project Management qualification or equivalent
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
