A leading lighting manufacturer in London is seeking a Project Manager/Co-Ordinator to oversee projects for key retail clients. The ideal candidate will manage the project lifecycle, from quoting and coordination with designers to maintaining effective communication with clients. This role allows for hybrid work after initial training at the SE London office, offering a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.

Exciting new opportunity for this lighting manufacturer seeking an experienced project manager to oversee lighting projects for key retail clients. With projects ranging from store fit-outs to comprehensive lighting rollouts and energy programmes you will be involved in order processing, quoting, managing stock and co-ordinating projects with the lighting design team and installers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from quoting and tender submissions to coordination with designers and contractors. This role requires occasional site visits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include project planning and coordination; client management, coordinating meetings, quoting and tendering; budget and timeline management and team collaboration; keeping both the client and salespeople aware of any updates, changes or alternatives on the project
The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager, able to manage several projects simultaneously. You should have good time management, attention to detail, computer literate, able to communicate effectively and professionally on the phone, via Skype/Team and by email. You should be commercial aware, able to work to deadlines, react quickly, confident in dealing at all levels, a retail supply background beneficial but not essential.
Location: London. Initial training will require access to the SE London office 4 days and eventually to a hybrid role of home/office base
