In this pivotal role, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Vision: Identify and specify project opportunities while delivering on contractual commitments for secured projects.

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Capitalize on opportunities to enhance project development, boosting turnover and profitability.

  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage all associated risks—technical, statutory, health and safety, and commercial.

  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of health and safety across all operations.

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside Operational managers to collaboratively develop and execute project plans.

  • Financial Stewardship: Create and monitor project financial plans, ensuring positive cash flow and timely invoicing.

  • Maximize Profitability: Deliver projects within budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Maintain Standards: Implement control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent.

  • Proven track record in Project Management, particularly in Office Fit-out projects.

  • Strong team player with excellent client-facing abilities.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing installations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, judgment, and initiative.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
