  • Mobilise cross functional project /programme teams and establish and embed ways of working
  • Establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance to provide oversight and direction for the projects/programmes
  • Engage and align stakeholders across all levels to deliver
  • Manage inter-dependencies and impacts across projects / programmes
  • Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and to identify and manage issues and risks, and opportunities
  • Support subject matter expertise and development both within the team and across the Programmes, Projects and Change community
Required Qualifications
  • Previous project management experience
  • Forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Proven ‘hands on’ track record of delivering solutions within a pressurised environment.
  • Good understanding IT systems and applications
  • Consistent delivery of results.
  • To be able to work through ambiguity, providing clarity and driving change.
  • Ability to build consensus within the development and support teams to ensure the right solutions are delivered, to the right quality, tracking progress and ensuring they are delivered at pace.
  • Experience in running projects, engaging stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong business skills with the ability to breakdown problems and translate into solutions.
  • Excellence in building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively and efficiently taking into account the nature of the audience.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Good problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Commercial acumen and Know How.
