We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for long-term temp to perm work across the North region. Projects include warehouses, offices, and industrial fit-outs.
Retail fit-out experience alone will not be accepted.
Start date: January / February
Lead commercial build & fit-out projects from start to completion
Manage trades, subcontractors, quality, and H&S
Work to deadlines that can change at short notice
Coordinate multiple live sites for a major Northern contractor
Strong commercial build/fit-out background
Ability to handle pressured timelines
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Full driving licence
Temp to Perm
