Project Manager – Commercial Build & Fit‑Out (Temp to Perm)

We're recruiting an experienced Project Manager for long‑term temp to perm work across the North region. Projects include warehouses, offices, and industrial fit‑outs. Retail fit‑out experience alone will not be accepted. Start date: January / February.

Role Duties

• Lead commercial build & fit‑out projects from start to completion
• Manage trades, subcontractors, quality, and H&S
• Work to deadlines that can change at short notice
• Coordinate multiple live sites for a major Northern contractor

Requirements

• Strong commercial build/fit‑out background
• Ability to handle pressured timelines
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Full driving licence
