We are seeking a driven and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Transformation team at key time, not just for Gravita but for the accounting industry as a whole. The profession is undergoing a significant transformation as technology, data and client expectations reshape how services are delivered. With increased automation, smarter platforms and integrated workflows this is a pivotal time to drive meaningful change as firms come together digitise and reimagine their operating models. This role will take the lead on a portfolio of projects with a particular focus on our firmwide transformation programme driving the delivery and adoption of systems across all of our offices. With focus on operational efficiency, technology adoption, process redesign and cultural change across the business.
You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across Service Lines Finance People Tech and the wider Leadership Team to scope plan and deliver projects that underpin our growth; addition to transformation work you will also be asked to deliver other strategic or client-facing change initiatives as needed.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making change happen and enjoys seeing ideas move from concept to delivery.
