The Project

£10M+ Category B Fit Out – London

A premium Cat B commercial fit‑out valued at over £10 million. The project involves delivering a high‑spec, modern workspace to exacting client requirements, with a keen focus on design detail, workplace functionality, specialist finishes, and the seamless integration of complex MEP systems.

Role Overview – Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will lead the project from pre‑construction through to handover, taking full responsibility for ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to exceptional quality standards. You will oversee the site and delivery team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive the project’s commercial and operational performance. Collaboration, planning, and proactive leadership will be integral to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with programme, budget, and specification.
  • Lead and coordinate the site and project teams, ensuring strong communication and effective workflow across all disciplines.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project programmes, logistics plans, procurement schedules, and risk registers.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, variations, value engineering, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and the company’s health & safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular site and progress reviews, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and provide clear, professional reporting.
  • Drive quality standards throughout, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to design intent.
