Overview

We are looking for a full-time team member to join our fieldwork team as a Project Manager.

At Taylor McKenzie we spend a lot of time talking to clients, participants, local recruiters and colleagues; excellent communication skills and telephone experience are essential. We are looking for a hard worker who is organised and good at multi-tasking. Full details on the role can be found below.

Job title: Project Manager

Salary: ~£27k per year plus private medical insurance

Working hours: 9.00am until 5.00pm (Full time position)

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple recruitment & fieldwork projects across the UK, Europe & USA
  • Liaising with clients to understand their brief and ensure we find the best possible candidates to take part in their research projects
  • Making market research easy! Taking potential stress away from clients by organising projects for them
  • Building relationships with local recruiters & clients
  • Contributing to team goals, special projects and database development
Personal Attributes
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident.
  • Experience working on 10 or more projects at once.
  • Being methodical, ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Numerate and confident with Microsoft Excel.
  • Articulate, with excellent communication skills - both written & verbal.
  • Confidence in using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and be a trusted team member.
  • Organised, productive, and able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Quality conscious with a high attention to detail.
  • A friendly team player.
