Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in M&E, FM, or construction environments? We're looking for a dynamic and commercially aware professional to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of project works across Scotland.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project scopes, manage risks, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of project works, primarily within a major housing contract.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and SHEQ standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on progress and financials.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments to drive project success.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within M&E, FM, or construction.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical qualification or equivalent experience in construction, mechanical or electrical disciplines.
  • CDM awareness and understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, or SMSTS certification.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
  • Experience working within a Total Facilities Management (TFM) environment.
