Project Manager - Corporate Events

Location: Fetcham, Surrey (with some on-site work)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Part-Time considered – min. 27.5 hrs/week)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Holiday: 28 days including Bank Holidays

A dynamic events company is looking for a Project Manager to join its close-knit team delivering incentive programmes, conferences, meetings, and hospitality for international clients across 40+ countries.

This is your chance to work on high-impact events for blue‑chip brands, with real scope for career growth in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to client briefs and craft compelling proposals
  • Research and book hotels, venues, restaurants, and services
  • Manage multiple projects from planning to on-site delivery
  • Build relationships with agency partners, suppliers, and clients
  • Handle supplier contracts, SLAs, and event logistics
  • Represent the company at events and ensure flawless execution
  • Support marketing, product development, and internal admin
What You’ll Bring:
  • Degree with 4+ years OR A-Levels with 6+ years' experience
  • Previous experience in an event agency (preferred)
  • Knowledge of London’s event scene a plus
  • Confident with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • A strong communicator with great attention to detail
  • Natural organiser who thrives under pressure
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong commercial awareness
