Job summary

A leading UK workplace company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for D&B projects. This role is primarily based in Bristol with occasional site visits to London. Candidates should possess significant project management experience in the construction industry and relevant certifications. This initial 12-month contract offers the potential to extend or become permanent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management within the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of M&E coordination, design management, and contract administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and report to Senior management.
  • Lead site meetings, manage change control, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout.

Job Title: Project Manager (D&B Projects)

Location: Bristol-based office - 2 days per week on-site in London

Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Type: 12-month initial contract with option to extend or become permanent

Our client is a leading UK workplace D&B company. With much of their work being in London and along the M4 corridor, our client works on workplace consultancy, office moves & relocations, and fit-out projects.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced D&B Project Manager to join the team on an initial 12-month contract, with scope to go permanent.

Looking For
  • Proven experience in Project Management within the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of M&E coordination, design management, and contract administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid Certification.
