A nonprofit housing association in Westminster is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile estate regeneration projects. The role requires expertise in delivering complex projects, commercial negotiation, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. You will be involved in financial appraisals, stakeholder engagement, and project planning. We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Building Safety Team. You will be working on one of our high‑profile estate regeneration projects, leading across all key workstreams to deliver the regeneration objectives.
Hybrid arrangements – at least three days a week in an office or in a community/site based/partnership setting. On other days, working from home may be possible, depending on the work needed and the interaction required.
