Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial interiors, fit‑out or shopfitting projects? We’re looking for a confident Project Manager to join an established team based in Chorley, working on a range of commercial development projects including offices, flats and hotels. This is a hands‑on role with regular site visits, and you’ll be instrumental in coordinating and delivering high‑quality fit‑out works from concept to completion.

As the Project Manager, you will lead medium to large fit‑out and commercial projects, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain exceptional standards of quality, budget control and programme delivery. The successful Project Manager will have demonstrable experience in commercial fit‑out, shopfitting or related disciplines, with a proven track record of managing complex sites and delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of fit‑out and commercial projects from mobilisation to final handover as the Project Manager.
  • Plan, programme and manage resources, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and on budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to proactively manage site activities, safety, quality and coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare reports, progress updates and financial forecasts, highlighting risks and recommending solutions.
