Anderselite is working in partnership with a growing consultancy in Cardiff to recruit a highly capable Project Manager with a strong engineering or environmental background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, leading complex infrastructure and development projects from inception to delivery.

The Opportunity

You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors, coordinating internal and external teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative communicator who is comfortable working with engineers, environmental specialists, planners, and technical consultants in a fast‑paced consultancy setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management
  • Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion and aftercare.
  • Define scope, deliverables and timelines with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against deadlines.
Team Coordination
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, environmental specialists, GIS and heritage consultants.
