Sub-Agent / Project Engineer - RC Frame & Groundworks

We are partnering with a leading construction client in Newcastle who is preparing to launch a major reinforced concrete frame (RC Frame) and Groundworks project. We are seeking an experienced Sub-Agent / Project Engineer to join the team. Suitable candidates will be interviewed immediately.

Key Requirements

• 5-6 years' minimum experience in RC Frame and Groundworks within the UK
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Slipform construction
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) including inspections, record keeping, and managing QA documentation
• Experience preparing handover documentation
• Ability to manage QA documentation for sub-contractors
• Experience attending client meetings and addressing QA-related issues
• Ability to raise RFI/TQ, NCR, and other relevant project documentation
• Right to live and work in the UK
