Project Developer (Solar & BESS) – AVA Energy, City of London, London

Our client is a fast growing energy project developer seeking to grow their Renewables business over the next 5 years. They are looking for an experienced Project/Business Developer to join their team and play a key role in growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project development activities for solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS)
• Identify, evaluate and secure PV and BESS ready-to-build projects
• Assist with acquisition activities for companies and assets in the renewable sector
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to progress projects through feasibility, permitting, offtake and procurement

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years experience in Renewable Energy (Specifically Solar & Battery Storage)
• Track record in playing a key role in the acquisition of companies & assets in the Renewable space
• Ability to identify and check the feasibility of PV and BESS ready-to-build projects
