Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Warrington (Office-Based Only)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Project Coordinator to join a busy team in Warrington. This is a fully office-based role with an opportunity to move from a temporary to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and supporting programmed works projects from start to completion
  • Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Managing schedules, documentation, and progress updates
  • Assisting with cost control, reporting, and general project administrationEnsuring projects are delivered on time and to required standards
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hardworking attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within social housing
  • Knowledge of programmed works, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes
