Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer
An exciting opportunity to support customer-focused branding and visual communication projects in a busy project delivery environment. You will coordinate internal teams, schedules, and materials to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.
DUTIES
- Customer Requirements Coordination: Work with project managers to fully understand customer needs and project specifications.
- Client Liaison: Manage day‑to‑day communication with customers to support service delivery and expectations.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to support project delivery and customer experience.
- Issue Management: Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where appropriate.
- Project Scoping: Use product and material knowledge to support installation and labour requirements.
- Programme Support: Coordinate elements of complex programmes of work.
- Problem Solving: Apply structured problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues effectively.
- Project Tracking: Monitor deliverables, budgets and deadlines and flag discrepancies.
- Sales Support: Identify cross‑selling opportunities and pass leads to the sales team.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and customer‑focused approach.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within a branding, graphics or visual communications environment.
- Awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Experience supporting complex or multi‑site projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
