VANRATH are assisting a thriving services-based company with the recruitment of a Project Coordinator / Planner to join their Belfast team.

This company has a fantastic reputation for a great work life balance and offers progression opportunities. Monday - Friday. Permanent position. Role is based beside Hannahstown / Andersontown.

Salary

£31,000 + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace & progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise service and maintenance tasks for existing customers.
• Schedule and coordinate service visits for Technicians.
• Communicate with customers to arrange access where needed.
• Support Technicians with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing RAMS, insurance documents).
• Coordinate with Subcontract Clients and ensure clear communication of service arrangements.
• Log and assign call-out requests promptly, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Keep operational system up to date to support Technician efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording information.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by management or business needs.

The Ideal Person

• Previous use and operation of planning and scheduling software.
• 2 years transferrable experience, ideally from a planning, service desk background.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths.
