Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting delivery of transformational change to further our strategy. As a member of the Programme team you will be supporting the Transformation and Programme Development leads to govern and manage Programmes and Projects to deliver their target outcomes within agreed tolerances. There will also be opportunities to manage small to medium projects.

To support and manage internal and cross partner and system programmes and projects to further ECCH's strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Use Project Management skills to support planning, organising and delivering Projects.
  • Support development of programme and project documentation e.g. Scope definition, plan, risk registers, action logs and reports, using agreed standards and tooling.
  • Proactively chase progress against project plans and actions.
  • Support effective risk and issue management within specific programmes and projects.
  • Produce Project updates and reports on specific programmes and projects, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Management Office lead to ensure accuracy of all Programme and Project data, smooth running of governance processes and high quality reporting.
  • Facilitate Programme and Project meetings including producing agendas and presentations, co-ordinating appointments and documenting summary outputs, actions and decisions.
  • Work with the Communications team to draft Project updates for internal and external communications.
  • Support business development and tenders, as requested by the Commercial team.
