Overview

Altera Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator on behalf of our partner, a fast-growing renewable energy company. This hands-on role is ideal for a candidate with experience supporting technical or commercial projects who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment. The successful Project Coordinator will help coordinate project delivery, strengthen processes, and ensure accurate tracking and documentation across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards to monitor progress and highlight risks.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to allocate resources and maintain clear communication of project objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist with reporting to grant or funding bodies where applicable.
Candidate Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience supporting project delivery or PMO functions, ideally within engineering, technology, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong organisational ability with proven experience managing competing tasks and deadlines.
  • Skilled in using project management platforms or comparable tools to track and report progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders across different teams and levels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
