Overview

Website Build and content co-ordinator - 4 month fixed term contract starting March 2026

To support the successful rollout of the new managed pub websites, we are seeking an individual for a fixed term contract to assist with the content input, configuration, build, testing and launch of individual pub websites.

Working closely with the marketing team, wider project group and digital agency, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless launch experience. You will focus on accurately inputting and configuring this content, provided by the pub marketing team, to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Your focus will be on ensuring all content is correctly populated, visually consistent, and delivered in line with the project timeline.

The role will also support with photography/videography for the website launches - leading on categorising and uploading media to content libraries.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation project, helping pubs showcase their unique offerings and enhance guest engagement online.

About you
  • Experience with website CMS platforms, specifically WordPress
  • Clear and confident communicator, with excellent written skills.
  • Takes a proactive, structured approach to problem solving identifying issues quickly, diagnosing root causes, and implementing practical solutions or clear escalations to keep launches on track.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment where prioritising and attention to detail skills are key.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Conversion mindset, ensuring content, layout, and calls to action are optimised to drive bookings and guest engagement.
  • A strong customer first ethos.
  • Good digital skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes easily. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress, with SEO knowledge preferable.
