Overview

A global consultancy is seeking experienced Programme Directors to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy.

Role Highlights

These specific permanent roles are available on a hybrid basis and will focus on huge infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors. You will work in partnership with clients to ensure successful programme delivery – acting as the key interface between the client and the construction partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale construction and infrastructure programmes.
• Act as the key interface between the client and construction partners.
• Ensure programme delivery within agreed scope, time and cost.
• Apply governance, risk management and project controls to complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, high‑value construction/infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+).
• Experience in programme leadership, governance, risk management, project controls, commercial/contract management (NEC3/NEC4) and stakeholder engagement.
