Project Co-ordinator

Are you an organised problem-solver with a knack for keeping projects on track? We're looking for a commercially minded Project Co-ordinator to join our client's dynamic team. From handling customer enquiries and processing orders to steering schedules, budgets, and deliverables, you'll play a key role in making every project a success.

Description of the role:

  • Execute commercial projects, including managing warranty commitments.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of enquiries and orders.
  • Plan and deliver projects in line with requirements agreed during the tendering process.
  • Manage projects to cost, specification, and schedule, highlighting issues early.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including tenders, works orders, and invoicing instructions.
  • Negotiate and document customer project variations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
  • Track deliverables, monitor costs, and report project progress.
  • Ensure payments are received within contractual timeframes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to assess satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
  • Work flexibly to meet business needs.

About you:

  • Ideally, have experience within a similar role with project management duties
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work to tight deadlines
