Project Assistant (Contract) – London Bridge

£28,000 - £32,000

Fixed Term Contract until 26th August 2026

Hyde is looking for a Project Assistant to join our Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate with great opportunities to learn on the job and develop skills and knowledge in portfolio transactions.

As a Project Assistant at Hyde, you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to implement new procedures, and supporting the team in promoting and publicising development activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient project and administrative support on the void disposal programme, portfolio and tenanted transactions
• Manage, and maintain accurate information and input to various administrative, property and payment systems
• Input into implementing new procedures and practices to meet changing requirements
• Review of Compliance documentation to ensure they meet requirements and produce any gap analysis
• Attending meetings internal, produce meeting notes and actions and monitor/manage actions
• Structuring and populating data rooms/ShareFile with extensive document review and upload

Qualifications / Essential Skills

• Good to intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly and responsively to multiple project requirements simultaneously
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate information for inclusion in internal and external reporting
• Understanding of property compliance certification (preferred)
