As a Project Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth project operations, maintaining quality assurance protocols, and supporting their architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project administration workflows across design and construction stages.
  • Oversee document control
  • Support Quality Assurance processes, audits, and accreditation requirements
  • Produce and coordinate presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Assist with software/systems implementation
  • Provide administrative support including diary management, travel, events, and logistics to the project teams
  • Contribute to wider studio activities including business development support and events.
