A public health services organization in the UK is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join their Digital and Workforce Productivity Solutions team. The role involves day-to-day administration, supporting project managers, and coordinating meetings. Candidates should have an HNC in business administration or equivalent experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers flexible working options and a competitive salary.
The post holder will work as part of the Digital and Workforce Productivity Solutions (DWPS) team to support the number of programmes and projects, working with partners to improve outcomes and the design of process and technical solutions, with the aim of addressing improved service delivery, performance and transformation for NWSSP and wider NHS in Wales.
The post holder, working with the Digital Workforce Project Manager will support the maintenance and oversight of the various programme and project groups and subgroups by providing high quality administrative support (organizing meetings, minute taking etc).
This post will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for the DWPS Team and will be the first point of contact for service users and stakeholders for the DWPS Team providing advice and resolution of basic and complex queries.
