A social care recruitment agency is seeking a Progression Coach for night shifts in the Tow Law area. The role involves helping young people transition to independent living, managing a caseload, and providing personalized support. Candidates must have experience in social care, a valid right to work in the UK, and be willing to undergo a DBS check. The position is temporary, with a pay rate of £12.38 per hour plus holiday pay.
Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for two Progression Coaches (Nights), to work in the Tow Law area. The service provides supported accommodation for young people (aged 18+) to help them move on to their own independent accommodation.
Please note; this role involves lone working.
The successful candidates will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (average), across Monday - Sunday on a two week rota of waking night shifts (9:30PM - 8AM). Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 - 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role is £12.38 per hour, with £1.49 holiday pay, totalling £13.87 per hour. This role is based in Tow Law area and involves lone working.
