A local educational institution in Abingdon is seeking a Progress Coach in Health and Social Care and Early Years. Salary: £27,166 - £27,820 per annum
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours / Friday 7 hours
Weeks per annum: 52 weeks

We're looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Progress Coach to join our Health & Social Care and Early Years team. In this role, you will help students thrive by guiding their personal development, monitoring their progress, and supporting them to achieve their next steps. You'll work closely with Study Programme Leads, Student Advisors and teaching staff to ensure students receive timely interventions and the best possible experience.
