Programme Test Manager

Location: Folkestone, Kent (On-site once per fortnight)

Rate: £675 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: Initially 3 months (rolling)

A leading travel client is seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to play a key role in developing a new reservation system. As Programme Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the end-to-end test strategy, ensuring quality and reliability across complex integrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Own and deliver the programme-level test strategy from inception to completion.
2. Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with programme objectives.
4. Drive best practices in test governance, automation, and reporting.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale programmes.
• Background in transport or e-commerce sectors.
• Experience with Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with reservation/booking systems.
• Strong expertise in API and backend systems testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
