Overview

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromsgrove District and Redditch to assist with the appointment of a Programme Support Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.


Responsibilities


  • Support the delivery of the Playing Pitch and Built Leisure Facility Strategy, including partnership meetings and engagement with Sport England and governing bodies.

  • Contribute to Uniting the Movement to develop opportunities for physical activity and sport.

  • Fundraise and manage community activities, especially for young people and disabled groups.

  • Facilitate the Redditch Youth Providers Forum and provide ongoing partner support.

  • Support the delivery of RENEW (Rediscover North East Worcestershire) Arts Council Fund (£550k).

  • Provide administrative support including finance, database management, and reporting.
