Management Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of the Project Managers
- Oversight and leadership of multiple projects
- Working with the Project Managers to manage resources ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Setting goals, tasks, and timelines, ensuring that project delivery is on schedule
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of Planned Value and Earned Value performance metrics
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Identifying risks and developing contingency plans
- Preparing reports
- In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
- In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
- Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project, and PowerBI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills
