Management Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of the Project Managers
• Oversight and leadership of multiple projects
• Working with the Project Managers to manage resources ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Setting goals, tasks, and timelines, ensuring that project delivery is on schedule
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of Planned Value and Earned Value performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities for improvement
• Identifying risks and developing contingency plans
• Preparing reports
• In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
• Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
• In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
• Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project, and PowerBI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills
