Program Manager – Leadership Development (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)
Duke Corporate Education is seeking a Program Manager to support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for global clients, specifically to support our Singapore Team. This is a fixed term, 12-month contract role created to provide additional capacity while we manage client demand.
The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of leadership development programs. This includes managing logistics, partnering closely with clients, coordinating with internal faculty and delivery teams, and ensuring programs are designed and delivered to a consistently high standard across in person and virtual formats.
This role requires in office presence and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
Location: In office (London, EC4A 1BR)
Employment Type: Fixed term contract, 12 months
