A leading employment agency in London seeks a Programme Manager to enhance customer experience. The role includes journey mapping, supporting the Director with reports, and producing customer newsletters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business improvement within the private sector and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. This is a temporary position based 3 days a week in Camden. Programme manager required within a customer experience team.
This is a Programme Manager role, who can complete journey mapping, business improvement plans; someone who is very detailed orientated. They will need to support the Director with board reports and customer newsletters. Someone who is strong with Excel and Powerpoint presentations. Someone who understands brand awareness, has possibly been a Business Analyst (not IT kind) in a customer focussed setting.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the private sector improving the customer experience for a strong brand (not marketing).
3 days a week in the Camden office.
