Overview

Programme Manager — £60,000 to £65,000 — Warwickshire

Join our client’s dynamic team, supporting the ongoing development of high-performance gasoline engines for premium supercar OEMs. This role is key in maintaining excellent product quality and performance standards through assembly, test, and warranty processes. My client are looking for a strong character for this role as you will be leading their highest value projects and dealing with the most challenging stakeholders. Ideally from a motorsport or mechanical automotive background.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple complex, fast-paced projects for diverse global customers.
  • Foster a proactive, tenacious project management team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, assembly, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure project delivery while managing commercial exposure, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide comprehensive account management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a proven record of delivering projects on time, with excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures while solving problems and implementing innovative management principles focused on continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering creativity and effective problem resolution.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and ability to implement technical principles effectively.
  • Extensive relevant work experience in programme management, ideally within driveline systems.
  • Proven technical mechanical product knowledge.
  • Experience managing projects with multi-million-pound revenue and multi-year life cycles.
