An educational institution in Grimsby is seeking a motivated Multi Trade Programme Leader for Carpentry, Joinery, and Brickwork. The candidate will teach Level 1, 2, and 3 courses and support learners aged 16 and above in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include tracking learner progress and providing guidance for further education or employment. The role demands strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills, alongside a Level 3 or above qualification in their field.
The faculty of Construction are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Multi Trade Programme Leader to join the well‑established Carpentry, Joinery and Brickwork team. This is a fast‑paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders in providing high quality teaching to learners aged 16 plus, teaching Level 1, 2 and 3 in Carpentry, Joinery and Brickwork. Other duties will include: Teaching, facilitating and tracking of learner progress. Assessment of learner progress against targeted achievement. Ensuring the provision of high-quality pastoral and supportive care of learners as part of the whole learner journey. Ensure the provision of highly effective guidance to learners to assist them through their programme and in their progression onto a positive destination, for example higher learning or employment. Maintain effective management of learners' programmes, working with other teams as required ensuring a high quality, individualised offer.
