Amazon is creating a portfolio of private brands in grocery across a wide range of categories and quality tiers. We are seeking a data-driven Program Manager to join our Amazon Fresh Private Brands team. This role sits in the Launch Commercialization team and will focus on launch operations, reporting analytics, and process optimization while supporting critical business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Amazon Fresh Private Brands is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Program Manager with a strong customer focus to drive process improvement and data integrity. You will work with internal channel stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, packaging, design and finance.

The successful candidate must be able to work in an ambiguous but collegial environment where teamwork across functions is critical. You will have a high degree of ownership and integrity, be an independent self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive.

Key job responsibilities
  • Build and analyze comprehensive KPIs for Commercialization deliverables, including tracking of projection vs. launch metrics
  • Develop and deliver data-driven updates for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews
  • Monitor and manage weekly launch task progress. Identify and escalation risks.
  • Be the Launch tool super-user with expertise in: Signal and trend analysis, Improvement initiative monitoring, Wash-up completion and PLM error resolution
  • Maintain and track Continuous Improvement/Process Optimization initiatives
  • Manage SOP database, training materials, and broadcast communications with cross-functional stakeholders
