Programme Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management (Sirion)

Contract : 3–6 months | Start : January 2026

Location : London / Remote

Overview

An experienced Program Manager is required to lead a large-scale contract lifecycle management (CLM) program. This role will oversee multiple work streams and manage project managers delivering against a complex, enterprise-wide transformation involving an AI-native CLM platform.

The successful candidate will combine strong program leadership skills with hands-on technical understanding of CLM implementations, ideally with prior exposure to Sirion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a multi-stream programme, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and outcomes
• Oversee and coordinate the work of project managers across parallel workstreams
• Act as the central point of accountability for program planning, execution, and reporting
• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across technical and functional teams
• Work closely with solution architects, designers, and technical teams to support CLM implementation
• Manage senior stakeholders, escalating risks and issues where appropriate
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and delivery milestones

Key Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven experience as a Program Manager on large-scale, complex programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project managers and interdependent workstreams
• Strong program and project management fundamentals (planning, governance, risk, and delivery)
• Technical background with experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Sirion CLM implementations (highly desirable)

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering contract lifecycle management or legal technology platforms
• Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs
