Isio is on an exciting journey of growth and continuous improvement. We have defined a transformation roadmap and are now moving into implementation, with a Program Sponsor appointed to lead delivery of the workstreams. To support this, we are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager on a 6‑month fixed term, who will provide the project management discipline, governance, and coordination needed to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and board‑level updates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and gaining buy‑in.
  • Facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Embed cultural and operational improvements through structured change management.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across business processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in large‑scale business transformation and change management.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in creating timelines, action plans, and reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at board level.
  • Experience in regulated environments and implementing governance structures.
  • An understanding of the pensions industry is preferred, or previous experience within financial services.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies and functions.
