Overview

Remote Programme Manager – Remote (UK, NI, or Ireland) – €600-750 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) for a major end-client.

This is a fully remote contract position, ideally suited to professionals based in the UK, Northern Ireland, or Ireland.

Contract Rate: €600–750 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote (UK, NI, or Ireland)

Duration: Long-term (LMS go-live in 2026)

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of the LMS delivery programme from inception to go-live in 2026.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the client, overseeing all project workstreams.
  • Drive end-to-end programme governance, delivery planning, and execution.
  • Manage delivery oversight, including Agile sprint development, DevOps, testing, and release management.
  • Align delivery timelines to client strategy via a robust plan and Jira-based backlog management.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and technical leads to ensure MVP goals and Agile best practices are met.
  • Oversee financial performance – including P&L ownership, budget tracking, and risk management.
  • Proactively manage cross-functional teams in a consultancy environment and ensure value delivery.
Experience Required
  • Extensive Agile programme management experience in complex IT environments.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience managing a P&L and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Must have worked in a consultancy environment, managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., .NET 8 Core, React, MongoDB/Postgres) – you don’t need to code but should speak the .
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation or custom-built software platforms.
